I need the time
to recover.
yet another lonely journey.
after that horrible 1 week MC,
when i looked like a hamster, pufferfish, squirrel, teletubbies, dot dot dot
n couldn't talk at first,
stitches were taken out.
review in 4 weeks time
n before leaving
a souvenier was handed over



tt's for me to 'clean' the holes in my gums
she showed to me how to do it
n i could see lots of blood gushing out with the water
haf to do that daily
not like tt's enough ,
i realised the second clean up n so on,
contain lesser or no blood,
but the food particles that i juz ate .
does that sound gross or wat?
keeping in my mind tt it is going to be a ritual for me?
n the feeling of doing that
imagine, 2 holes in the gums,
water inserted using tt syringe.

i broke down a few times
bad ones
i'm sorry to Ahlina n mebbe others in the future
who ajak me buke puase together
coz i need a special diet
thus i dun want to susahkan korang
n in case anything happen
i'd be better off if i'm within my comfort zone
that is my home


wont be working out or going silat trainings like i've planned to
really sorry guys
exercising is one of the thing im not suppose to do after the surgery
n i dunno when im really fit to start exercising-high intensity again
i might join back tarian training when sch reopens
insyaAllah
rite now
i can only roughly measure it ,
through my prayers,
when i ruku' and sujud.
i could feel the the blood rush to the gums n pressure to my cheeks
thus my ruku' n sujud are brief lately.
cant let the pressure mound
else i'll get giddy
did not join terawih bcoz of that
but now dah kurang alhamdulillah
shld be able to start soon


juz need to keep my social life going
though my rite cheek is a little swollen n my left is fine.
cant afford to stay home
too much breakdown when im alone
when i go out
too much laughter my gums hurt
hahahahaha
but i prefer the laughter though


anw people, i had my 1st driving practical this afternoon!!!!
it was superb!!! i can DRIVE! wow! AMAzing!!!!!
i got the cockiest instructor ever!
haha...made me laugh all the way!!!

now concentrating on nurhayat's magazine publishing


oh yeah, been spending a lot
not for shopping
for various medical treatments
at Jrg polyclinic, NUH and Jurong Medical Centre
apparently after my 2nd, more high-tech x-ray done at JMC
rupenye i have 4 wisdom teeth, not 1
all fully grown...
well at least from what i saw in the photo, they were the biggest
however, none of them are coming out
coz of my genetically narrow jaw
so yeah
today's my surgery
at 11.30am at JMC
to remove all four
will be there till nite i guess
yikes.

and tmr will be nurhayat mag's committee photoshoot
meet at 10am, Bugis
pls dress accordingly to the theme
heh.


last sat, 1 Sept, hiking organised jointly by Nurdeen n SPSilat was super great! My calves were, uhm, of course strained before that, just like last year's, due to training n stuffs. but oh wells. me and adaw(pon sakit kaki jugak..haha) were the first 2 girls to reach the summit. :D
